The Emotional Freedom Technique was developed by Gary Craig. It is a technique that is based in the Chinese Meridian system and Western Psychology. It is a form of Energy Medicine, that works on the subtle energy system of the body. EFT effects the mind, body, and spirit. It can be done alone, with another person, or in a healing circle.
Currently I am training in a EFT Apprenticeship program with Sonya Sophia in Chico, California. I began my training in October of 2008. I have been in the healing arts field for over ten years. EFT is the most effective and profound healing modality that I have encountered. It is quick, empowering, and consistently creates results.
In my training as a client I have experienced deep healing from the work of EFT. I am so incredibly grateful that this modality has come into my life. My intention is to share it with all my loved ones and to continue using it to create positive changes in my client's lives. If you are interested in learning more about EFT check out the website at www.emofree.com If you would like to book a EFT session with me please email me at email@example.com

It is very common to feel like going to see a psychotherapist is too expensive. Isn't your mental/spiritual health and growth important? I think it is. So below are affordable resources in the bay area for psychotherapy. The counseling centers on the list below all work on a sliding scale, meaning you pay what you can afford. Just to note, there is a range of options, you can see a therapist who is a Jungian Therapist, a Drama Therapist, a Somatic Therapist, a Expressive Arts Therapist, or a Psychodynamic Therapist. You could see a man or a woman. What is important is that you choose a therapist that you like. One study noted that the clients who got the most out of therapy are the clients that liked their therapist. Therefore, the client-therapist relationship is vital for the therapy to work. Interview a couple therapists take your time and see who you feel most comfortable working with. Most of the therapists who you will work with on this list are trainees or interns, that means that they are either currently still completing their Master's degree or have finished it and are working towards licensure. Therefore each therapist has a supervisor that they take their cases to, so in a way you are getting two therapists for the price of one.

It has been discovered that the human brain remembers and catalogs distressing events more than the pleasurable and positive ones. This of course contributes to our survival. What do you want to remember? Do you want to remember all the parts of your day that were stressful and chaotic or do you want to remember the times that you were inspired, awestruck, in ecstasy, or complete peace. At the end of the day take 10 minutes to write down your most favorite memorable moments that you experienced in your day. Do this practice for a week and see what happens when you start to notice and track what life is bringing you each day.
Due to the rise in technology, lack of focus on human connection, and constant doing, humans are now suffering from stress, depression, anxiety, and addiction more than ever. Fortunately there are resources to end the suffering. One of the most powerful resources I have found in this area is a book called the MOOD CURE. This book guides you though the process of looking at where you are with helpful questionaires and shows you how to balance your brain chemistry with the help of natural supplements that are tested. Many of the supplements that she, Julia Ross MA, recommends work in minutes, therefore it is easy to see which is right for you. Her website www.moodcure.com is a good place to start from there you can buy her book and read about the power of balancing your brain chemistry with nutrition and supplements.

It is my hope that the information that I express on this blog will allow you to live a more passionate life and aid in bringing you back to your eternal truth and self. This is a gift that I feel so lucky to give to the world. Thank you for visiting. It is my intention that this blog inspires, creates, and heals. May we all continue to love what is.
